Classes


Boxing:
Jump rope, shadow box, mitt-work and work the heavy bags to increase stamina, speed and reflexes.  Non-stop speed drills and conditioning exercises work the whole body for a complete workout.

Muay-Thai Kickboxing:
Test your body’s limits with kicks, knees, punches and combinations.  Learn from a world champion.  Get your whole body involved with this high energy class.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:
Learn the traditional martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Add real world self defense tactics, Judo and wrestling techniques and you will not only get in shape, but learn how to dominate on the mat!

MMA Fight Training:
The ULTIMATE in Extreme Fitness Training!  Workout with the pro’s.  Put your skills to the test with this high impact, full contact training session. Definitely NOT for the weak of heart!*must have instructors consent*

Jr. Spartans:
Program for kids ages 7 – 14.  Learn techniques of boxing, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with real world self defense tactics, all taught in a fun environment.  Great for building self esteem, confidence, character and discipline.

Tiny Titans:
An excellent program for kids 4-6. Learn the fundementals of Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and proper drills for coordination, balance, and agility in a playful and fun atmosphere.

Note: All boxing/kickboxing classes require hand wraps and gloves.  BJJ classes require Gi. Please come early if you need assistance with hand wraps (or come “wrapped up”).
